Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Runvio Live website may process, why it is used and how you can control optional technologies.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Runvio Live website and its public download, help and information pages. It does not automatically cover a third-party provider you choose to visit. That provider’s own privacy policy applies once you leave this site.

The Android app may display a separate in-app privacy notice when its data practices differ from the website. Review that notice before enabling an optional app feature.

2. Information the website may collect

You can browse the public website without creating an account. Hosting systems may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as an IP address, browser type, approximate device characteristics, requested page, timestamp and security logs.

If you contact support, the information you choose to provide may include your name, email, device model, Android version, app version and issue description. Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.

3. Cookies and local storage

The website uses essential local storage to remember whether you selected “Essential only” or allowed optional services. Essential storage supports your stated preference and is not used to build an advertising profile.

Optional analytics or advertising storage is not loaded merely because this policy mentions it. If those services are introduced, the consent interface and this policy will be updated.

4. Advertising and Google services

The website may use Google AdSense after the site and publisher account are approved and configured. When advertising is active, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect ads. Third parties may place and read cookies in your browser as part of ad serving.

Learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Where required, a consent message will provide controls for personalised and non-personalised advertising.

Runvio Live does not ask visitors to click ads, place ads over download controls or make editorial content look like advertising.

5. Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by providers that host, secure, measure or support the website, only for the relevant purpose. It may also be disclosed when required by law or to investigate abuse. We do not sell support messages.

Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting. Support information is retained to respond and document resolution, then deleted or de-identified when no longer required.

6. Your choices

  • Choose “Essential only” to decline optional website storage.
  • Clear this site’s storage in your browser to reset the choice.
  • Use browser controls to block or delete cookies.
  • Email support@runviolive.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted.

7. Children’s privacy

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us for review and deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, app distribution, advertising configuration or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
